The CBRE Global Real Assets Fund (the Fund) is a daily liquid, actively managed 'Fund of Funds' strategy that combines a globally diversified, institutional quality portfolio of listed and unlisted real estate and infrastructure investments – accessible in a single transaction. The Fund enhances diversification across sub-sectors, offering exposure to potentially high-growth areas such as social infrastructure, data centres, and other digital and communication assets. The Fund has exposure to four underlying funds actively managed by CBRE Investment Management’s specialist investors from the Private Real Estate, Private Infrastructure and Listed Real Asset teams. The target asset allocation for the Fund is 70% listed securities and 30% unlisted securities.
