The CC JCB Active Bond Fund (the Fund) aims to outperform the Bloomberg AusBond Treasury 0+Year Index over rolling three year periods through an active portfolio comprising Australian Government, semi-Government and supranational bonds that are AAA or AA rated securities issued in Australian dollars.
Unlike many other complex fixed income financial products, the Fund structure is simple – it comprises 15-25 bond securities with active duration management. No derivatives are used for leverage, only for portfolio hedging purposes.
