The Fund, via investing all or substantially all its assets into Blackstone Private Credit Fund (“Underlying Fund”), intends to generate current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation.
The Underlying Fund focuses primarily on loans and securities of private United States companies, including syndicated loans, specifically larger and middle market companies.
The Underlying Fund employs a defensive investment approach focused on long-term credit performance and principal protection.
