The Fund, via its investment in the Underlying Fund, seeks to generate risk-adjusted returns and medium to long-term capital appreciation for investors by providing access to investments in and alongside a portfolio of current and future private market, commingled, blind-pool funds which are managed, advised and/ or operated by, or affiliated with EQT, diversified by strategy and maturity (the Underlying EQT Funds). The Underlying Fund will invest its capital in a manner whereby it obtains exposure to investments in or alongside Underlying EQT Funds.
