The Fund is an open-ended fund that seeks to provide investors with access, through the Underlying Fund, to KKR’s Private Credit Platform and AUD hedged exposure to a diversified portfolio of private credit securities with a wide variety of collateral types.
The Fund seeks to generate a return consistent with that of the Underlying Fund and shares the Underlying Fund’s investment objective.
